At Daisy Organica, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within the same day of delivery. We require a photo of the damaged item to process an exchange for a new product.

Wrong Items: If you received the wrong item(s) by mistake, please get in touch with us immediately. We will gladly send you the correct items at no additional cost.
